境外人员临时住宿登记表
Registration Form of Temporary Residence For Foreign Vistors
按照《中华人民共和国出境 入境管理法》规定，外国人在旅馆以外的其他住所居住或者住宿，应于入住后24小时内到住宿地派出所办理临时住宿登记手续。如有违反，将给予相应处罚。
NoticeAccording to The Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, foreigners who reside or stay in domiciles other than hotels, shall go through the registration formalities with the police station organs in the places of residence within 24 hours after arrival. Otherwise, any violations will be punished accordingly.
《境外人员临时住宿登记表》由外国人持护照、照片、住宿证明到住宿地的派出所办理，外国人须如实填报有关的信息，派出所审核无误后，出具《境外人员临时住宿登记表》。
外国人在申请工作签证或其他签证时，需要出具《境外人员临时住宿登记表》。
